How Will You Be Refunded?

At Harshita Cart, we take meticulous care to ensure our products meet high-quality standards, minimizing the need for returns. However, if you’re dissatisfied with the product quality or receive a defective/damaged item, our transparent policy facilitates hassle-free returns.

Simply capture a photograph of the product and share it with us at care@harshitacart.com Upon verification by our team, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your address to our warehouse. You’ll receive the tracking number for this reverse pick up, enabling you to monitor the return. Upon receipt at our end, we’ll examine the product and initiate the refund process through the relevant department. Refunds typically take 8-10 working days to complete. Should you not observe the refund in your account, please reach out to us at care@harshitacart.com for assistance.

For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original source bank account/card. orders, refunds are processed post-customer confirmation. 

It’s important to note that any delays in crediting to the Cardholder’s account are managed by the issuing bank and not within our purview.
