Damaged or Defective Products:
Should any product you receive from Harshita Cart arrive in unsatisfactory condition, damaged, defective, or differ from your order, please promptly register a complaint via our Customer Care Helpline at It’s imperative to notify us immediately upon discovery of such issues so that we can take necessary actions against the shipping agency, if required. Any concealed faults must be disclosed within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please note, returned items without the required label or seal, altered from their original state, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
If evident damage or significant harm to the packaging is observed, kindly refuse the delivery. In the event of discovering damage upon unboxing, contact our customer service team immediately. Products damaged during use are ineligible for refunds or replacements.
In the case of products not received in satisfactory condition, we may repair, replace, or offer an alternative product, subject to availability. If a damaged or defective product cannot be replaced, we may initiate a refund or propose an alternate solution with mutual agreement upon return of the original item.
For any discrepancies concerning categories like Decor, Home Furnishing, Divinity, customers must raise a Ticket on the day of delivery. The Harshita cart Team will not entertain tickets or complaints beyond this specified timeframe.
Courier Collection for Returns:
Contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange as per our policy. We will arrange for a courier to collect the items from your delivery address. Return/exchange will be processed upon receipt of unused products in their original packaging along with the invoice. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in no return, exchange, or refund being permitted.
Upon returning items via courier, you will receive a docket number for future reference. Refunds or replacements will not be issued if the return does not adhere to Harshita Cart’s return policy, and we reserve the right to retain received payments.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving the goods in their original condition, refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment. Credit card or net-banking payments will be refunded accordingly. Refunds commence upon receipt of the product(s) in good and original condition.
Please note, any delays in crediting the Cardholder’s account are managed by the issuing bank and are beyond our responsibility.
