    1.3 Nationwide Delivery: Our products are shipped and delivered across India. Collaborating with top-notch logistics service providers, we are committed to ensuring a seamless customer experience, efficiently processing purchases, and delivering ordered products in a timely manner.

    1.4 Agreement to Policy Terms: By utilizing The Harshitacart and/or making a purchase on The Harshita platform, you implicitly agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy. Terms Of Shipping And Delivery

  • 2.1 Order Processing and Shipment: We strive to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 48 hours of receiving them. The standard turnaround time (TAT) for most orders is 5-7 days. While we aim to deliver within 10 days from our pickup location, exceptions are communicated proactively to our customers. We engage third-party logistics providers for transportation and delivery. The expected delivery date is shared during order confirmation, and shipping details are sent to the registered email and/or cellphone number.

    2.2 Serviceable Locations: We make every effort to deliver across India. However, we reserve the right to assess the suitability of certain locations for product delivery. If deemed unsuitable, we inform users during the order placement, and a location’s serviceability can be checked on The Harshitacart using the area pin code.

    2.3 Information Collection for Timely Delivery: To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific information such as name, shipping and billing address, contact details, etc. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in non-delivery, for which we are not liable.

    2.4 Delivery Attempts and Cancellation: Efforts are made to deliver within the specified timeline. If you’re unavailable, delivery is attempted up to three times. Unsuccessful attempts may lead to order cancellation, with shipping expenses deducted from any applicable refunds.

    2.5 Possible Delays: Delivery delays may occur due to logistical issues beyond our control, weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or unforeseeable circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays but disclaim liability for any resulting claims.

    2.6 Conduct of Delivery Personnel: While we emphasize ethical conduct, we cannot control the actions of delivery personnel. Any issues with delivery personnel should be resolved independently, and we are not liable for disputes between you and the delivery team.

    2.7 Shipping Costs: We reserve the right to charge shipping costs based on product value, type, delivery location, and payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.
